¿What are the responsibilities
as
Property and Rental Manager?

Property Management.

As Property Manager you can close deals with new property owners, manage ongoing relationships with them and run local marketing campaigns to grow your portfolio.

For this partnership model we run the majority of operations, so you can focus on great service and building excellent relationships with clients. Your daily communication is with our enrollment team, acting as Co-administrator you help the Property Management team take care of the property portfolio.

Co-Host.

During reservations you are part of the co-Host team, consulting reservations calendar and guest inbox messages, welcoming and caring for guests during Check-in and Check-out, hiring and supervising the cleaning staff to get each space ready.

Between or during reservations as property manager and co-host, you will develop letting strategies, schedule periodic in person house check quality visits, helping property owners with payments control of utilities, hiring repairs providers for things like painting, home maintenance or gardening.

Referral Plan
